Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items are stocked, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock, or we may sell out earlier than planned.
Returning Faulty Products
- Contact customer services at info@boredof.com clearly explaining the fault and stating your original transaction number. (Worldpay Transaction ID).
- You will receive a returns number and returns form by email
- Complete the returns form and send to Bored Of Limited at the address marked on the returns form.
- Should you require a refund, you will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of the product by us. The cost of the product and its return will be credited to your bank account in cases of refunds or replacement products.
Exchanges
- Contact customer services at info@boredof.com stating your original transaction number (Worldpay Transaction ID), the item you wish to exchange, and the style, colour and size of the product you would like.
- You will receive a returns number and returns form by email.
- Complete the returns form.
- Send to Bored Of Limited at the address on the returns form.
- Please note that returning items will be at your expense.
- The cost of sending you items will be paid by Bored Of Limited.
- Items for exchange must be received by Bored Of Limited in the condition in which they were received by you.
Change of Mind
If you decide that you do not wish to keep the goods other than being faulty or for an exchange, Bored Of Limited will credit for the value of the goods only. A return of this nature must be notified to Bored Of Limited via written form, including fax or email within seven days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to return the goods and to meet the cost of return postage. To ensure a refund Bored Of Limited must receive all items for refund in the condition in which you received them. When a refund is authorised the amount will be returned within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is given.
